Group content tiers:
S - Enchanter, Bard
A - Cleric, Shaman, Paladin, Shadow Knight, Rogue
B - Monk, Ranger
C - Warrior
D - Necro, Druid, Mage
F - Wizard
Mage definitely not very good in group content.
