He's saying, because hes so brain washed from FOX, FB, patriot news network, etc that he thinks that immigrants come here and get free medical care for life. They get handed jobs, paid more than him, and TOOK his job from him.

He also thinks that because of the health care he couldnt afford, because its PRIVATIZED and legally able to sell you a policy that wont cover anything important at all (the ACA was supposed to fix that but republicans tore it down) that means socialism, some how. So his wife died of face cancer because the insurance wouldnt cover it, but thats the fault of joe biden and the democrats, who stole the election..
