A galvanized nipple for a cold water bathroom lav had corroded through and was emitting a spray of water. The bathroom floor was covered in water and spreadin downstairs.

After watching them screaming at the phone for a plumber i asked what was the problem , they told me they could not get a plumber to show up on a sunday and they did not know what to do .

I cut the water to the house while I assessed the situation. found out what was the deal had to go to fucking bronx to find a open shop to buy materials, go back fixt it.

So yesterday i open my door to find a very angry dude yelling i´m going to sue you fucking cunt.
