Forgive if I’ve got confused- just woken up from a party. If I understand right...
Two thirds of a million divided by a third of a billion is about two one thousandths, not two one hundred thousandths.
You can’t just divide one by the other and put a % sign there. If you want to put a % sign there you need to jump the decimal point two spaces to the right.
Ie 333167250 / 333167250 = 1.00 = 100%
And 617000 / 333167250 = 0.00185192272 = 0.185192272%
