You do know that mass graves around the world including new york, is a pretty good indicator that it's not a lie.
I mean someone could have ordered a lot of real dolls and sent them all over the world and payed everyone to keep their mouths shut.
It's pretty rare that china, russia, india, etc etc would all work together for this ruse, but if it's organized by lizardmen from Jupiter I guess I'd believe they have the infistructure to pull it off.
