Took me 20ish seconds or so to slow it down so I could take a picture, but that's roughly my day to day 1mile run time, warming up.
I continue on anywhere from 4-6 miles depending on how I feel that day.
(Even assuming it didn't take me that long to get the phone out etc. I'd venture a bet that those calling me fat couldn't do anywhere near as well.)
If I really wanted to push myself such as for a PFT score? I can push a 7 minute mile, easily. Your move fatties
