I'd do a server where everyone starts at same level with max skills and complete spellbooks and some form of armor set.

And it's pvp and we go out and find better armor that is attainable at that level, and kill eachother.

Then it happens again later, different level chosen, ETC.

No grind just pharming and pvp around good pharm spots.

Kinda takes away ab ig part of jumping people while they are EXP grinding but still good.
