OHH I think i get it - I kinda chuckled.
In classic EQ, lots of people didn't know where to put their extra points, so people sometimes put them into stats not built for their class. In this case, amping a gnome necro's str - something presumably only a noob would do.
Interestingly, more STR to carry more loot is actually pretty useful...Maybe it would have been funnier if CHA was amped - but I dunno what the last frame would be in that case.
