Oof, that's harsh criticism. But have to agree. Especially on principle.
I was thinking some kinda ritualistic system with some meritorious competition or combative components thrown into the mix. As it is, breeding is privilege to create life, throwing death or worse in the mix seems appropriate and reasonable.
Anyway rituals and tradition can be usurped and corrupted, so then again we fall into that issue of a kind of rigid monocultural or monolithic system.
I guess it sucks to be most Americans, but it does get better dudes. Once u stop relying on others to uplift u. Or fix the world or make everything and everyone safe.
