Idk. Lesbianism implies this monolithic sexuality that's like very restrictive and exclusive. Also sexuality isn't really relevant to world domination or efficiency. I guess under certain circumstances and contexts it could be relevant, in that case polygamy is probably the ideal way for babies to get made and raised, but u seriously run into the pitfall of a weak male breeding with lots of females. So maybe there's just not one good solution to eugenics.
Anyway. The reality is that breeding and heritage is less important than individual skill and ability and always has been. Any thought patterns to the contrary are just a trap in which the individual is placed within a generalized group.
The first black men to free themselves probably didn't place such labels and restrictions on themselves.
