Has nothing to do with an election law being changed in 2020 because of Covid-19, unless you can provide proof in any of these changed laws that people could legally forge their own ballots and send them in without solicitation

I don't think it is, but that's an obvious tell that even Democrats aren't confident in the 2020 election and are already willing to concede that much ground on the issue
