my stomach is sick and i am precipitously losing weight. basically intestines have ground totally to a halt, stomach won't drain, and rehydrating my guts every morning causes a puking fit. full fasting is the only way to avoid teh symptoms, so ive had like 2 bites of food a day for last 3 days. but ive been slowly starving for 3 months at least. think excruciating starvation pangs even as your stomach tells you ur wayyy too full to fit any foodd
lost 20lbs in the last while. looking rly cute but i might have to venture into ana weight bounds to defeat this illness

LUCKILY, my whole problem has a new drug for it based on loperamide which does basically the inverse. so i am not expecting demise. just a weight class ive been failing to reattain since college XD
