This ^ is more confusing. I do not think the excluded tradeskills should be going above 200 prior to 09/2000 when basic tradeskills were allowed, but in that link it also says:

I think this could use more research. Was it possible to achieve > 200 Make Poison *or* Tinkering prior to 09/2001? Note the date. That would be 3 months before Luclin launch.
