You're far more likely to find a bad player on an iksar monk or an ogre warrior than other races for those classes.

seems like the 'meta' class/race combos attract more bad players than off-meta, most ogre warriors i've grouped with have been clueless whereas halfling/gnome warriors are generally quite good
