Camped AC for roughly 4 hours the other day, killing mad men, sand giants and the like for the entire time. Tried to clear PHs during night (read it helps him spawn) but still nothing ;P.
I don't wanna sound like a cynical jerk, but that was bloody boring and unrewarding.
