Oh you aren't allowed to use that spell to pull a raidboss. Herp derp a rogue shouldn't be able to loot a groundspawn without notarized approval from the 3 main guilds. OMG did your cleric use a cleric spell after engaging the whole guild needs to be banned....
Its dumb, just make raid zones a pvp arena
