Again, I'll say it: Finland's prime minister take the subway to go to work because why have the taxpayer pay for a driver, this and that, massive security details and so forth.
Not only that but if he/she wants to be reimbursed for the expense, he/she needs to keep the subway ticket.
This creates transparency.
