Why do you think the stock market starts crashing any time even the rumor of the Fed raising the interest by a fucking quarter of ONE percent is discussed? A 0.0025% increase to the individual investor is so negligible that it is essentially non-existent, but to the financial industry, and all of the self-serving corporations buying themselves back from investors it is literally the sky falling.
