That's assuming that one of these frames is inaccurate. It's likely both are true and can and do exist simultaneously. Nexii sees herself as a victim of discrimination and focuses on that, whereas <Whoeverthefuck> sees Nexii as an autistic, socially tone-deaf, annoying person who won't shut up about her trans status. The reality is Nexii is a transwoman who probably called a slur before, but is also autistic and intolerable. The fundamental conflict is which of those is the reason she's disliked.
