People make fun of "standing in the fire" as a part of WoW mechanics and it's no joke, a large portion of those players can't seem to handle the concept of situational awareness at all.

This drove me crazy. It got to the point as a healer I would just let people die because they could not move out of the purple shiny stuff, the black cloudy stuff, or the ever popular orange fire. Even after telling them in group chat and vent before each fight what was gonna happen.
I got to play with some very good WoW players, sadly they were constantly overshadowed by that large portion of bad ones.
