Here's my recommendation for you. You're already 172 pounds, so whatever you're eating, it's working.
I would eat exactly the same thing as you're eating now, but increase cardio output by maybe 30ish%. The key to actually incorporating this is finding a cardio activity that you actually love. Try bicycling, skating, running, swimming, fucking rock climbing. Whatever.
If you eat the exact same but burn more calories consistently, you will lose weight.
