For all these naysayers and "Needs Work" / "No, I don't like it" votes...I'm still waiting on any intelligent amendments to improve the proposal.
As far as requiring an "outside source" to update, it's already done on the Wiki for Ring 8. You're willing to sit through 7hrs and 15 mins variance every few days but object to spending 30 seconds to update the ToD in Discord? I find this impossible to believe.
