The point is that for a person in the over 10 million dollar range, they can manage there way around these kinds of stupid taxes. They are taxes that are put in place so politicians have talkoing points "I implemented a tax on the wealthiest 2% of americans that HAVE TOO MUCH WEALTH!"
But in reality its quite easy to dodge these silly taxes so stop wasting our time talking about them if you have no interest in solutions.
