Im sure if I talked to you in real life youd be like, wow I never thought about it that way.
The inheritance tax is annoying for less than 1% of america, and for 99% of america it is soul crushing. It means they have to sell their family home their parents didnt go on vacation before they died to keep for their children.
The inheritance tax just encourages more reverse mortgages for the poor, and a bigger burden on their children who are proudly struggling with debt already.
In the end, who wins with inheritance tax? The banks.
Its a tax on the poor to feed the banks.
