I mean you obviously come to that conclusion, because you're racist but normal people notice nations without infrastructure rank very low and countries ravaged by war also rank low and the same race where countries have better infrastructure score higher which tend to push a conclusion that infrastructure, schools, education provide a sharp rise in eq.
on the contrary, setbacks to infrastructure, cutbacks in school systems and a disregard for education lead to, oh the fuck knew, a decline in the average iq.
