I think even Mexico, with their weaker economy and rife issues with the cartel, cares more about the infrastructure of their country and health of their citizens than the USA. We can't even maintain our roads and bridges. It's easy to point a finger at "shady_mexican_policitian005" when all that shit gets swept under the rug with our politicians, case in point, the friend of Matt Gaetz who got popped for underage sex and prostitution etc etc. The topic here is America, Joe.
