Revelations wasn't a prediction: it was a warning not to put a goverment of man before god. God wants you to do 10 things, 5 of which are give him praise, and 5 of which are to leave your neighbor alone.
Governments want you to take from your neighbor, and give the goverment praise and to destroy the enemies of your goverment.
