No the parties flipped they flipped from religious people worshiping God to religious people worshiping politics.
It’s just religion. Since the beginning of time religion was always government. Now we have a non-religious government and suddenly people think they’re going to not be religious? No people believe in this shit the same way my 96-year-old aunt believed in Protestantism.
The Democrats are the party of the religious now and the conservatives of the party of the non-religious and that’s just the way it is.
