Y'all could PM Rogean or Ravhin, but AFAIK those are the only two people with access to the wiki's error logs ... ie. the only two people who have any hope of diagnosing this issue. If you do, you'll want to provide them with the exact error, the exact time you got it, and your IP address when you got it.
Unfortunately, there's no guarantee either of them have the time to actually look into it, and there's nothing anyone else can do to help
