probably because the cleric was running a script and not actually playing
i always loved playing cleric even back in 2004-6 when botting and macroquesting was becoming a thing because people would complement me on my abilities, you can't script a good cleric still
the thing is there is enough 'easy mode' stuff to do that u can just farm your way into content and no strategy is required, it's not so easy to script a mythic plus grp in wow, i'm sure some people have figured out ways to do it, but its just less likely.
Guess this issn't rally a rant so that it got moved I don't mind.
The only way to get people to bott and script less is to disensentivize (make it less profitable) and less convienient than just soloing, and make it so u can script as much in raid content, like wow does, were u can script 'normal raids', but scripting heroic or mythic raids isn't gonna happen, so box armies just dont exist there,
also gatekeep the F2P content so that u cant use an army of F2P bots to do current content, u shouldnt be able to get past lvl 65 on modern EQ F2P, but they had to keep the game alive some how.
