And yeah HIT or sprints are good ways to actually gain muscle. I'm just saying people go so far to the point where they need to break down protien to keep going. And ur body will often consume protien before it tries to switch over consuming its fat stores, unless you are already consuming your fat stores. So carb loading can be bad.

I want an implant in my brain (to basically control me like a robot) and body (to give adrenaline) that just lets me shut down into an unconscious state than the United States Government can turn my body into a living missile and I will run to the enemies of the state and karate chop them at inhumane speeds.

Then my body could be usefull to my fellow Americans.
