Yeah losing weight (if that’s your goal) while stopping smoking is going to be twice as hard because as smokers know all too well, smoking curbs appetite. Without smoking that appetite rebounds
One thing that helped me with the constant gnawing hunger pains when trying to reduce calories is to trick the mind that the stomach is more full by filling the stomach with a flavored liquid. Water is always important but it won’t work in this situation for some reason
My cousin who is a personal trainer does those crystal lite packets in water, I personally do big cups of decaf coffee with powdered 0 sugar creamer. I would do regular coffee but I already do regular coffee in the morning AND pre-workout powder at night and so any more caffeine would be too much
Anyway, for you it doesn’t have to be crystal lite packets in water or decaf coffee, any flavored liquid with ideally no calories or sugar will work. Fill the stomach up and it tricks it somewhat. Did I already mention this? Sorry if I am repeating myself
