Im somewhat lost reading this. Does a.mob.casting dispell have chance to remove any of your buffs? This is jow i thought it worked. In that case, are the junk buffs to give a lesser chance of a good buff getting selected for the dispell? Thanks

Depends on which dispell you're subjected to. Regular old single-removal "cancel magic"--which throughout the majority of the game is the most common--will hit just about any spell seemingly at random. Most multi-slot dispells (annul magic, etc) will strip the first buffs off, in order. Some specialty effects like West Wastes dragon AE's will preferentially strip one of the first 4 most of the time, depending on luck with dispell counters. Junk buffs are highly effective against the latter two types of dispells, not so effective against generic "cancel magic."
