Apparently, BMI of 23.19 is this good?
I feel like I am fit, fi enough to work physically but like not fit like lifting shit up.
My arms are normal / spaghetti yet my legs, because I love walking and running, are thick af. I hate it but I love that i can see the efforts I put in paid off.
For my legs.
Just a lore more pleasure out of walking normally, or biking than like, standing at one place and pumping iron that shit is boring.
