From what I’ve seen, TLPs are certainly not the same as original launch EverQuest.
Here’s a post that states some of the major differences. There’s no telling what year the charm code they are using is from (or code for Charisma, or from which patch, or any number of things). Unfortunately not a great reliable source of info.
