BUTT the closest thing to an 'enjoyable' *straight* non mixed liqour experience I've ever had was Hendricks Gin. Nothing like that with any scotch, whiskey, or rum I've ever tasted was anything other than disgusting or mildly tastless(the best sign of a good liqour imo).
Craft beers are acceptable too. Goddamn but I love me some local/microbrews.
