You couldn't be more wrong. The First Amendment protects the right of the people to peaceably to assemble. The primary reason "concerts" or businesses are even enforcing customers to wear face masks and possibly having them show proof of vaccination is because the government is threatening to pull their business license if they do not comply.
Apparently, you're not aware that illegal immigrant children are not required to show proof of vaccination for their child to attend a public school. The Supreme Court made a ruling that all children have a right to a public education. Because of that ruling, schools cannot demand proof of citizenship or vaccination as it could be perceived as an attempt to intimidate illegal immigrant parents and their children, so they're given a free-pass. Since the child's identity can't be verified, for all we know the child could be an adult, creating the reality that pedophiles are enrolled in public schools as children and raping our children. Obviously, the Supreme Court ruling is a trash ruling as it requires Americans make their selves and their children vulnerable to predators. This doesn't even discuss the potential of public schools defrauding the federal government of tax payer dollars by lying about attendance via fabricating fake children for attendance purposes.

Yeah these shenanigans piss me off. The government finds a way to interfere with businesses and private citizens, but then some how completely finds a way to do the opposite and be negligent, or even funnel money corruptly to some untouchables the worst possible way.
