just take the files from here:
https://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files54.zip
extract the files from that .zip into your Everquest Directory C:/Program Files/Sony/Everquest/ or Wherever you have it.
You don't have to transfer the folders that are in the p99files54.zip file, (RenderEffects, Resources, SpellEffects, uifiles) as they haven't changed from last patch far as I can tell and that way you don't overwrite any of your current UI style or positioning etc.
