What classes have u played? What did you like? What do you want to try?
DRUID and CLR is probably a good choice on green if u have the time for social activities.
SHM too. (but I think SHM are often eeeewwww)
Palidin of Prexus. Or Rodcet.
I am kind of in a bloody mood would roll paladin.
Necromancer if u just want to see mobs die fast repeatedly. And sell vendor junk.
Wizard if ur insane and crazy like me, but u will burn out.

Definitely never play a chanter, live finally nerfed charm so charm would weaken a mob and they wouldn't outdps rogues, but they still worked good as CC and as exping with reverse charming. (Which is what p99 should do)
Greens probably too crowded to play a bard without pissing ppl off and being a #$#@% don't do that.
