There aren’t that many coal miners. You certainly don’t take out student loans at a liberal indoctrination center, oops I mean college, to become a coal miner. Pretty sure coal mining offers health insurance through work because it is an incredibly dangerous and unhealthy job. And I’m sure coal miners are pretty stoic knowing the risk they are taking when they got that job
