Gear makes it way more fun, especially on melee toons. My mnk and ranger do way more dps just cause avatar buff. And war it's even more fun with raid gear cause you can duo /trio things you normally couldn't w/o the raid gear. Some dmg shield potions and almost any epic fight is easy. Yeah I was wondering what kinda trouble a decked out warrior could get into. Definitely good reason to grind gear
