yeah its actually hard to get fat if u eat enough fruit and veg because ur full already
i guess u could eat icecream sundays covered in fruit sauce and stuff but that's gross AF
fruit isn't reallly that healthy, but its ok to eat 1-2 servings, maybe 3 if you don't eat a ton of other stuff and not all at once, or u are like a tropical person with a tropical diet
berries are alright
