There is a proper and legal way to file a complaint. Give your opinion sure freedom of speech.
Rioting is not appropriate. The crazy warped part people don't get is they're rioting for a criminal. If they actually cared about the officer's actions they would voice their concerns in a legal way.
But oh no, we gotta loot and spray paint the city, break shit causing stress on an already stressed police force. Yeah Man glad you convinced me that rioting for criminals is normal and okay. (it's not)
