Gina also has it's own forum, which you can find the link to on their site at the top right.
One thing worth checking for is if you have gina installed
look in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\
It may be inside two random characters folders in a folder starting with gina followed by more random characters. Check to see if you have to unblock any files in that folder.
