When I graduated from Sniper school the NSA came and interviewed me and asked me if I would be willing to fake my death and never talk to my family again so I could work for them under a new alias. I'm not kidding either.
Apparently they talked to everyone who graduated. At the time I just thought "the NSA is the good guys, that's pretty badass." Now in 2021 I'm like... okay that is really fucking scary.
