Being shredded, or at the very least seeing definition is all about your body fat %. But if that's you in your avatar, you don't need my help.
edit: I see you said the last 5-10lbs. Those are the real mfers, that's when weight loss get's the most difficult. Or at least, the most grindy. You MUST maintain a caloric deficit to lose body fat, that counts for the first 10lbs, or the last.
