As I was saying, low level wizards (1-25) with clarity own very hard. They virtually have no down time if you keep clarity up an they kill 100x faster than bard DPS wise. Mass kites take 10-30+ mins. Wizard quads take less than 1-2 min for 6-12% a quad. There even mobs slow enough you can quad on low levels without Jboots.

Oh good so let me just find an Enchanter who is basically willing to come Clarity me for free every 30 minutes for 25 levels. Sounds very feasible!
Or I guess you could be boxing an Ench and a Wizard and just using the Ench as a Clarity bot
