I mean on blue I'm a bard and wizard main.. and I swarmed and quadded them. The bard never stops and kills more. You can go 1-50 in a day. The wizard def had some slowdown when the quad nukes got weak then picked back up at 51 but never close to the bard speed

As I was saying, low level wizards (1-25) with clarity own very hard. They virtually have no down time if you keep clarity up an they kill 100x faster than bard DPS wise. Mass kites take 10-30+ mins. Wizard quads take less than 1-2 min for 6-12% a quad. There even mobs slow enough you can quad on low levels without Jboots.
