Nope dont drink,smoke, do drugs, i eat food and drink water thats it brother. Occasional tylenol or ibuprofen i know im weak. I'll let you know first if i fall off the wagon

I took 675mg of Tylenol once since my ER visit, that day was 4 ibuprofen. Coulda bleeded out.
