Fat build up helps protect people from toxins, inflammation. And is a direct result of stress. Nutrition is counted in calories, not nutrients, quality, or purity. A lot of people cannot think for themselves or manage their own nutrition. So they eat whatever gives them the most immediate gratification, and quantity, even if in the long run it will lead to horrific suffering.
When I was chugging my Seroquel I would go to sleep, then wake up and chug food for comfort and sleep until I could dose my next Seroquel.
I snapped out of it and my self discipline and desire to be physically healthy has reaserted itself. I am facing life, death in a lean body, eyes open, mind open. Thoughtful and sharing in my wisdom.
